Note:
During October-December 2001 Gals 2 drifted from ~36°E to ~43°E, and approximately
December 13, 2001 the orbital period was raised from 1435.6 minutes to 1435.9 minutes
and then a day of two later to 1436.6 minutes. Since that time the satellite has
continued to drift slowly, and it might be no longer operational. (#3-SD355)
